The Hotel Koffieboontje occupies a traditional Brugge townhouse. At the reception desk guests can hire bicycles and scooters to explore the city and surrounding countryside. Spread over four floors, the 49 guestrooms are decorated in neutral, modern tones, complemented by patterned fabrics and framed prints. All are clean and well maintained, as are the tiled en suite bathrooms. Open for lunch and dinner, De White Raaf is a modern restaurant serving a selection of dishes prepared using fresh market produce. The Strijdershuis brasserie opens onto an outdoor terrace and offers snacks, salads, pastas, pancakes, ice creams and more than 50 kinds of beer.
