Ice Exhibition if go in the winter, excellant. 4th time have been to Bruges, cant wait for my next visit. Very romantic!

We had two first floor rooms in the annex part of the hotel. The rooms were very good and comfortable. The only hotel out of 5 during our 2 weeks in Europe that offered a bath! The hotel was friendly and the buffet breakfast enjoyable.Michael, front of house, was very helpful re our car parking at the hotel.

Top Tip
We stayed 2 nights so had time to walk around the shops and key museums, take the 30 minute boat trip and the 30 minute horse & carriage ride. The latter was good fun and we got very good tips on Bruges + shown where to eatfor quality and value. Definately not the central square

Just around the corner from the main square. If you are driving there - phone ahead to reserve a parking place (secure)and use a Sat Nav, as the streets are like a maze!!

Top Tip
Restaurant we used (as we had been there before) was 'Oud Brugge, just off the square. The Irish pub is 'interesting!!

We would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again. Having its own parking is a bonus and needs to be pre-booked as spaces are limited.

Top Tip
Hiring a bike is a good idea with so much to see and all on level ground. The boat trips on the canals are also fun. We enjoyed a break from the hustle and bustle by going on the paddle steamer to Damme. A very relaxing way to spend a half-day.

Great location, wonderful public rooms - spacious & airy. Shame it doesn't have a restaurant though. They have an underground car-park which is a little tricky to get into!

Nice hotel and situated a stones throw from the centre of town. Only lacking from coffee/tea facilities in the room.

Although we did book for the Aragon, on arrival we were informed, very politely, that we had been upgraded, and would we make our way to the very newly opened Grand Hotel Casselburgh (Opened only two days before we arrived!!!) We did enquire abour parking 'on site' but no we would have to use public car park, whereas the Aragon had on site parking. The new hotel was very, very comfortable, friendly,helpful staff, and still only a couple of minutes from the centre of Brugges old town, which we wanted as one of our party was partially infirmed. I did not make comment re facilities, as apart from the obvious, there seemed no additional ones were yet available. Very pleased with whole booking and ease of same.
