The Ibis hotel does exactly what it says. A basic hotel providing guests with simple but functional accommodation in the centre of Bruges. This hotel represents good value for money most of the year round although breakfast can be quite steep if not included in the price.
The hotel building is modern but also incorporates a traditional section as this site used to be a monastery. The reception area itself is quite small but as the lobby incorporates the bar and restaurant, the overall size appears large. The bedrooms are basic and small and are typical Ibis rooms. They are in good condition, as are the bathrooms. The restaurant is fairly large and bright and serves an a la carte menu plus snacks. This hotel is a budget property in the heart of Bruges - perfect for those wanting a central location, who do not mind basic accommodation.
