The staff working in this hotel are just lovely. They were very understanding of our needs and were extremely accommodating. Me and my partner WILL DEFINITELY be returning to this hotel in the near future.
Thank you so much!

Staff friendly and have good English, hotel is average, no frills but no problems either. A 10 min walk from town centre but well located if you are coming in by road from the motorway, easy to find and park on the street.
Top Tip
Bruges is one of the best locations in Europe for history and eating out.Be wary of the prices in the restaurants bordering the canals, better prices to be had in the streets off the main market place and around T'zand. The Bruges Bierjte is probably the best pub in the world - in the side street opposite C & A about 200m East of the main square.

Good reasonably maintained, quite hotel, nice and warm. Parking may be a problem during Summer months. Tea and coffee making facility in rooms would be an advantage. We took our travel kettle rated at 900 watts but could not use it owing to some fire regulations however the hair dryer supplied was rates at 1200 watts. Confused !! Good continental breakfast. Bar was expensive. All that said would gladly re-visit out of season. Could not fault this aspect, all staff were helpful with good command of the English language. Room was cleaned daily, what more can one ask ?
GOOD EXPERIENCE will return one day.
